The Port is seeking a US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permit for dock construction and—per the USACE’s “No Net Loss” policy—will provide habitat mitigation that upholds the standards of state and federal resource management agencies, if required. Preliminary surveys indicate no impacts to special aquatic sites.
